The Old Ways is very worthwhile, the writing is gorgeoue and there's a lot in the book, if you get me. Personally, I usually have more than book on the go too, sometimes as many as three.Cathhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06371069000185280668noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3958492963483272678.post-13780216837742219572016-09-29T09:37:41.030+01:002016-09-29T09:37:41.030+01:00I'm always playing catch up! I want to read The Old Ways - and wish I could read non-fiction more quickly - but you make it seem worthwhile. It's a pity there are so many books I want to read. Maybe it would help if I read one at a time instead of having a few on the go together!BooksPleasehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08721650104596705715noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3958492963483272678.post-19103121688121258472016-09-28T09:37:30.686+01:002016-09-28T09:37:30.686+01:00LOL Pat. So it kind of sounds like I've been reading a lot when I really haven't.

Yeah, I'm getting that I can't always remember what I've read too. lol Peter's even worse, he always starting books he's already read. But then he's a speed reader and gets through about 3 times as many books as me in a year. He says I read differently to him though... that he reads to pass the time, although he does *like* reading... but I read to learn things and because I really love books.Cathhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06371069000185280668noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3958492963483272678.post-72352396547168320332016-09-25T12:40:06.147+01:002016-09-25T12:40:06.147+01:00sheesh! you post 3 at a time and you wait forever...sheesh! you post 3 at a time and you wait forever for me to post 1 lol. You are on a serious count of books for the end of the year!! I never got into Poirot books although I've seen some as movies! (eons ago lol) At least you seem to be liking everything you read which is all that really counts!.. I started a book and thought it sounded awfully familiar... did some digging in amazon and found I had bought it 2 yrs ago! (Bookman's Tale).. too bad as the first 2 chapters, although familiar, were really good lol so I will start a new book today...
